What we collect

When you fill in the free consult form, we receive:

• your name and email address
• your phone number, if you choose to give it
• what you tell us about your goals
• the time of day you’d prefer us to contact you

Please don’t include detailed medical information in the form. If your health is relevant to your goals, we’ll talk about it privately at your consult.

We don’t use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies of our own on this website.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your request and arrange your consult. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.

Services that handle your information

A few outside services help run this website:

• Resend delivers your consult request to us by email.
• Vercel hosts the website. Like any web host, it processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
• Google Maps shows the map on our contact page. When the map loads, Google may collect information and set cookies under Google’s privacy policy.
• Instagram links take you to Instagram, which has its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it
